Bradford White Tankless Water Heater Installation in Foxborough, MA

A homeowner in Foxborough wanted plenty of hot water without a bulky tank eating up floor space, so we installed a Bradford White tankless unit. Tankless installs live and die on the details, and this one had a few worth getting right. We routed the venting carefully to keep the exhaust well clear of the stairs, and ran a new condensate drain underneath the deck so the small amount of water these units produce has a clean path out of the way.

We also added a 3/4-inch pressure-reducing valve set to 65 PSI. That keeps the incoming water pressure in a comfortable range, which protects the fixtures and pipes from the extra wear that too-high pressure causes over time. Once everything was connected, we tested the system, checked for leaks, and ran the faucets to confirm hot water was reaching every fixture in the house.
