Priority Plan Membership
Base Plan: $25/month or $300/year
Includes:
- 1 Plumbing safety inspection
- 1 Tank or tankless water heater flush
- Visual Inspection of Fixures, water lines, and filtration connections
- Annual visual plumbing safety inspection of fixtures, water lines, and filtration system connections
- Complete water heater inspection and professional tank flushing
- Toilet leak test to help prevent water waste and hidden damage
- Water pressure reading to ensure optimal performance and detect potential issues
- Inspection of faucet aerators and shower heads for better water flow and quality
- All listed benefits above
*Additional equipment maintenance: $120–$300 depending on the unit type and service level required.
After-Hours Emergency Rates
- $269 dispatch fee after hours (7 days/week)
- Time and a half for repairs Monday–Saturday
- Double time for repairs on Sundays
- Emergency eligibility is based on urgency (e.g., no heat or burst pipes qualify — clogged drains do not)
Membership Pricing
Membership pricing is based on how many pieces of equipment need servicing and how many visits per year are required. A G&C technician will evaluate your system on-site to provide an exact quote.
What’s Included in a Tune-Up?
Heating Tune-Up (Air or Hydronic)
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Clean burner assemblies
- Check venting and screens
- Inspect motors, blowers, fans, and electrical
- Adjust gas pressure if needed
- Clear drain lines
Cooling Tune-Up (AC Systems)
- Clean 1 outdoor and 1 indoor unit
- Inspect coils, fins, motors, fans, and electrical
- Test safety devices and switches
- Clear and test drains
- Run the system for performance
Plumbing Safety Inspection
- Inspect pipes, fixtures, filters, and connections
- Perform dye tab tests on toilets
- Flush and inspect water heater
- Check and record water pressure
- Inspect aerators and shower heads
Oil Burner Maintenance (Air or Hydronic)
- Overall visual inspection of the boiler and components.
- Flue for corrosion and signs of soot formation that could indicate the heat exchanger will need a deep clean
- Testing of all zones and thermostats to ensure proper operation
- Cleaning and inspection of the oil burner to assess the nozzle
- Inspect the combustion chamber
- Perform gas analysis and compare readings from the last visit. If the O2 is higher, replace the filter, re-perform the analysis, and adjust to a clean, efficient burn.
- Ensure all settings are correct and set back to normal operation.
