Greg

Co-Owner/President/Master Plumber

Greg Sheck is the co-founder of G&C Plumbing and Heating. His study of plumbing started in 1985, when still in high school at King Phillip High School in Wrentham, he worked weekends with a local plumbing company. After graduating, Greg obtained his Journeyman’s Plumbers License in 1990 and that same year he married his wife Christine. They soon had two beautiful children, Brandon and Tayla.

Greg worked for the same plumbing company for 14 years, but in 2005 he and Christine decided to take Greg’s advanced skills and focus on customer service to a new level. Together they created G&C Plumbing and Heating. A family business through and through, the “G” stands for Greg and the “C” is for Christine.

A growing success….

In 2009, Greg obtained his General Contractor’s License and he and Christine altered their business model to exclusively service residents. In 2010, Greg took his son Brandon on as an apprentice. In 2018, G&C expanded their business, bringing on three new plumbers and offering fixed pricing and service membership opportunities. “Our honesty and dependability have kept us at the top of the plumbing, heating, and remodeling fields for over 30 years,” said Greg.

Christine

Co-Owner

Christine Sheck is co-owner of G&C Plumbing and Heating. She is the C in the G&C and is the team lead of the office division of the company. Working behind the scenes, Christine is in charge of dispatching our technicians, sending out customer invoices, debriefing with our technicians after every job, and so much more. Christine truly keeps the flow of the day going by making sure our customers are updated on the status of our technicians whether they are running ahead or behind.

She takes her job seriously because the service G&C provides stems from the vision she and her husband Greg established together over 15 years ago. Her secret to success is treating all of her employees with kindness and making time to check in with each and every person to find out how their day went. Christine goes above and beyond to ensure G&C is a fun and friendly workplace for her employees and family.

Brandon

Co-Owner/Vice President/Master Plumber

Brandon Sheck is the Vice President and co-owner of G&C Plumbing and Heating. He is a licensed and professionally trained Master and Journeyman plumber who has been in the industry for over 15 years. During this time, he has taken the concept of educating customers and offering options to the next level. This allows customers to make decisions that are right for them, their home, and their budget. As the service manager, he is responsible for sharing this knowledge with his team. He believes this is a major difference between his company and his competitors in the area. Ultimately, enforcing the philosophy of treating others the way you would like to be treated. One of the most important things to him at the workplace is the positive culture of all the employees. We maintain this by keeping an enjoyable and constructive work environment, so everyone is happy coming to work each day. Happy employees who like coming to work serve our customers very well! When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife Maria, his 4-year-old daughter Isabella, and his dog Bobby. They like to go for walks, go to the beach, and out for sushi. Brandon is passionate about the Patriots and playing golf.

Fun Fact: Brandon was an All-American and 2-time state champion wrestler in high school.

Tayla

Office Admin/Accounting

As the youngest member of the Sheck family, Tayla has worked alongside her parents and brother since May 2019. She grew up in Franklin and graduated from Franklin High School in 2015, then went on to become a business major at Westfield State where she graduated in 2019.

Tayla has taken on the role of a customer service representative, which allows her to help customers book their service appointments, respond to Google reviews, and so much more. If you have called G&C, Tayla is the friendly and helpful voice on the other end of the phone. She is always ready to help and tell the customer to “have a great day!”. If you ask Tayla what her favorite aspect of her job is, she will tell you that she enjoys being able to help her family with various administrative duties and working with a team of people she truly cares about.

Tayla’s passions include singing and dancing. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, JohnMichael, and their cat Loki.

Nicole

Office Manager/Dispatcher

Nicole has been with G&C for 3 years, and what she loves the most about her role is keeping the day running smoothly by coordinating with both technicians and customers. She finds great satisfaction in being the central point of communication, ensuring that everyone is informed and happy. Nicole enjoys building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best service possible. Her organizational skills help the team stay on track, and her friendly demeanor creates a positive atmosphere. Whether it’s troubleshooting a problem or celebrating a successful project completion, Nicole thrives on the challenges of her role and takes pride in being an integral part of the team’s success.

Faye

Customer Service Representative

With 3 years at G&C, what Faye loves most about her role is being the vital link between our talented technicians and valued customers, ensuring timely and effective solutions. She finds great fulfillment in fostering clear communication and understanding between both parties, which not only helps to streamline operations but also builds trust and rapport. Balancing her dedication to her role with her passion for building relationships is what truly makes her time at G&C rewarding!

Kaylie

Customer Service Representative

Having spent 2 years with the company, Kaylie truly appreciates the positive and supportive work environment at G&C. It fosters collaboration and encourages everyone to contribute their best, which makes a significant difference in the daily operations. Kaylie enjoy helping customers find a time to meet with our techs, knowing that her efforts contribute to the teams satisfaction and the overall success.

Melissa

Social Media & Community Outreach Specialist

With over 4 years of experience in social media, Melissa graduated from Rhode Island College in 2021 with a degree in Public Administration and Marketing. During her time at college, Melissa honed in on her skills in digital strategy, content creation, and analytics, which has allowed her to effectively engage audiences and build meaningful connections online. Melissa loves the community and the work ethic from her co-workers at G&C. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering and serving at her local Church with her family.

Stevie

Social Media & Community Outreach Specialist

Stevie brings 9 years of expertise in Social Media Management and Web Design to the team. Graduating from Palm Beach State College in 2014 with a degree Project Management along with 5 years of experience running a successful social media management business, she has honed skills in content creation and audience engagement. Supported by her husband and daughter, who inspire her dedication, Stevie is committed to driving success at G&C Plumbing & Heating. In her spare time she enjoys playing guitar and serving/connecting with her local community.

Patti

Admin/Purchasing Assistant

Patti joined the G&C team in September 2020 as a customer service representative. She has been in the plumbing industry for 2 years but has lived with a plumber for 10+ years, giving her extensive knowledge of all of our customer’s plumbing and heating needs. She enjoys being able to speak with customers and make their day better by helping them book their service appointment. Our Priority Plan members are especially familiar with Patti as she is the friendly reminder to book your yearly home evaluation or cleaning.

In her free time, Patti enjoys visiting New Hampshire, hanging out with her family, and going on hikes.

Casey

Plumbing Technician

Casey is a master plumbing and has been in the trade for over 25 years as a residential plumber. He has always loved plumbing and never backs down from a challenge! Casey says, “You don’t work a day in your life if you love your job, and luckily I can say that is true for me”. When he is off the clock, you can find Casey spending time with his family, traveling, snowboarding, and doing yard work.

Shawn

Plumbing Technician

Shawn has been plumbing for about 10 years and it is his passion! He is liscened in Massachusettes and has spent 95% of his time focused on residental work. Shawn has a 9 year old son named Jayden who enjoys plumbing just as much as his dad does! Solving people’s plumbing issues is what drives him and keeping people happy is his motivation! In his spare time, he loves cooking and going fishing with his son!

Chris S.

Plumbing Technician

Chris has been with the team since October 2019 where he began his plumbing career. He is now a licensed journeyman and enjoys taking those skills to help people in their homes. His favorite part about working with G&C is the continous training and family culture. When he is not working, you can find Chris spending time with his wife, family, and friends or out fishing on the lake

Anthony

Plumbing Technician

Tony graduated from Blue Hills Regional Technical High School in 2019 and went on to join the G&C team in August of 2020. His favorite part of the job is working on boilers and being able to further develop his knowledge in the trade by learning from his co-workers and he enjoys spending time with them, aswell! In his free time, you can find him at the golf course or spending time with family!

Nate

Plumbing Technician

Nate graduated from the Leominster High School CTEI Plumbing Program. After graduating, he started working at G&C in August of 2021, where he has quickly made a name for himself as a reliable and skilled team member. He enjoys the hands-on nature of his work and takes pride in solving plumbing challenges, always eager to learn more and expand his expertise.Off the clock, you can find him golfing, hunting, or on the lake fishing.

Evan

Plumbing Technician

Evan graduated from Blackstone Valley Regional Technical Highschool in 2022 and started working with G&C Plumbing and Heating after graduation! He started working at G&C after graduation! Evan has 4 years of trade school experience and 7,000 field hours. Evan enjoys going to the gym and spending time with friend when he’s not on the clock!

Chris M.

Plumbing Technician

Chris graduated from Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical Highschool and went on to join the G&C team in October of 2019. If you ask Chris what his favorite part of the job is, he’ll tell you he enjoys working with people he considers family and describes G&C as a “fun, friendly, and helpful atmosphere!” In his free time, Chris enjoys playing video games, listening to music and riding his motorcycle!

Cooper

Plumbing Technician

Cooper graduated from Attleboro High School with my plumbing diploma, knowing he wanted to join a family-run business and G&C was just the place! Currently, Cooper has 4 years of schooling and over 2500 hours of work experience. Outside of work, you can find him off-roading in one of his Jeeps or fishing!

Ashley

Plumbing Technician

Ashely graduated from BVT High School in 2023. After a 4 year apprentice program, she joined the G&C team in October of 2022 as a co-op program! In her spare time, she loves to play with her dog and going on runs. Traveling is also a great passion and hobby for Ashely. She is excited to start her career at G&C Plumbing & Heating!

Mike

Plumbing Technician

Mike is in his second year with G&C Plumbing & Heating, and he has a passion for problem-solving. He takes great pleasure in working with customers to find effective solutions for their plumbing challenges. When he’s not on the job, Mike loves spending time with his wife and their two young kids or tackling home improvement projects. A fun fact about Mike: he’s a devoted Boston sports fan and plays bass in a punk band!

Koby

Plumbing Technician

Koby graduated from New Bedford Voc-Tech in 2022 with a diploma in Automotive. Koby joined the G&C team in 2022. His favorite part about working with G&C is all the training he receives. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dog and being a handyman around his house!

Cole

Plumbing Technician

Cole graduated from Franklin High School in 2024 and completed his senior project with G&C. He is now working full-time and loving it! Since joining the team, Cole has embraced the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and contribute to projects that excite him. He appreciates the support and encouragement he receives from his teammates, which motivates him to constantly improve.

Jack

Plumbing Technician

Jack graduated from the Blackstone Valley Tech Plumbing Program in 2024, where he developed a strong foundation in plumbing skills and techniques. He recently started working at G&C and is currently in the process of learning and training under experienced professionals. Jack is eager to gain hands-on experience and expand his knowledge in the plumbing industry. Outside of work, Jack enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and enjoys sports cars.
