We are thankful to serve our community’s plumbing, heating and drain cleaning needs as well as provide our employees with an outlet to hone their skills and knowledge.
During this time of great uncertainty, rest assured, we are here for you and any needs that arise. We will diligently continue to follow cleanliness as well as our own safety and hygienic requirements.
A Few important measurements we take:
We are changing our shoe covers between every job from house to house.
Our techs are communicating to us if they feel down.
Our techs are not shaking hands.
Our call center is asking if anyone in the house is feeling down.
We believe strongly in remaining unified as a community and are there not only on a professional level, but on a compassionate, helpful human-being level as well. We understand many people are left with disheveled schedules, work and childcare routines, or limitations based on business closures; we would like to extend our service calls as also a way to help our valued clients. We would like to offer a helping hand to our valued customers at this time of need. If you are in need of milk, bread or any other daily essential- we are already on the road and more than likely passing by stores and it would be no inconvenience to make your day a little easier.
Please understand that we may be unsuccessful in our efforts to find what you need with our store supplies being uncertain, but if it’s available, we will happily save you a trip out. Just call our office and our dispatcher will notify your assigned technician- no questions asked, no judgments made. We are here to help you any way we can!
