About the Role
The responsibilities of an entry-level internal recruiter revolves around finding qualified potential job candidates for G&C Plumbing. You may look through resumes or online job profiles, visit career fairs, or find out about standout job seekers through a network of contacts in universities or professional groups in the plumbing industry.
Requirements
This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates and performing recruiting and sales support functions.
Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing potential candidates for G&C Plumbing and Heating. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them find us!
As a Talent Engagement Associate you will :
Find resumes/profiles on various internet boards
Call and evaluate prospective job seekers (passive and active)
Meet with and schedule interviews
Write advertisements for certain requisitions, post and maintain job advertisements
Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
Prioritize and time-manage all responsibilities
Complete any other tasks
Skills you will utilize / cultivate :
Job board usage (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, etc)
Internet search (Boolean experience is a plus)
Communicating in a team structure and fast paced environment
Google Business Suite a plus
